The main goal of this Work Package is to build and offer the six following WP and also WP9 a comprehensive picture of the main territorial dynamics in Portugal including the two Portuguese metropolitan areas, the main cities of the (other) 18 districts of the mainland of Portugal and a number of additional cities that are relevant cases in the approach of the main themes of SPLACH.
