Joining CITTA (coordinator) and GOVCOPP, this Work Package allows addressing this theme by exploring three fundamental dimensions of spatial planning practice in Portugal: the impact of austerity on both its cities and its planning system, the spatial patterns of cultural production in the context of urban regeneration, and the use of spatial data processing tools for harnessing local knowledge.
